Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly is an independently owned and operated franchised convenience food store, founded by Pat and Bob Fox in Hartland, WI on June 16, 1988. Fox Bros. is affiliated with "PWM" - Piggly Wiggly Midwest, the corporate entity of Piggly Wiggly stores in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. PWM is located in Sheboygan, WI and is the major supplier to over 100 Piggly Wiggly Stores.

Pat and Bob have been involved in the retail food industry most of their working lives and have brought a multitude of knowledge, experience, energy, commitment and especially vision to their operation, associates, and the grocery industry. By surrounding themselves with associates dedicated to their vision, striving for constant improvement, superior customer service and community involvement, this commitment has resulted in the success and respect Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly has earned within their industry and local communities.

In 1992 and 1993 they did two expansions at their Hartland location. In 1997 they purchased their initial Oconomowoc, WI store location, which opened its doors as Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly on June 16, 1997. In 2004 our Oconomowoc store was relocated to a brand new state of the art location across the street, which was part of a new mini mall development. Today these two stores employ approximately 325 employees, which encompass regular part-time, full-time, and seasonal employees.

Bob Fox retired from day-to-day operations on January 8, 2006, with Pat Fox remaining current president and co-owner.

In 2006, Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly earned the distinguished Wisconsin "Grocer of the Year" award from the Wisconsin Grocers Association. This association covers approximately 1000 members, which includes major players, chains, and independents. In 2006 Fox Bros. was one of five (5) Grocers nominated statewide being considered for this honor.

In 2007 Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly developed their own homemade bratwurst, summer sausage, and beef stick products, which are made fresh daily, at their Oconomowoc Store. Currently they are producing approximately 3000 lbs. of brats/week during the summer months. This equates to 12,750 brats/week.

Effective October 1, 2011 Fox Bros. bought four (4) Corporate stores, taking us to a total of six (6) Wisconsin store locations. These stores are located in Hubertus, Jackson, Saukville, and Slinger, WI. This expansion brought on approximately 325 additional employees to our Team.
