Evergreen Retirement Community is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team, providing in-house therapy services to our senior living residents.

As a Physical Therapist, you will assess, plan, organize and administer rehab programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. You will also complete evaluations and discharges for the Skilled Nursing Facility and Home Health and supervise two physical therapy assistants.

This position is full time, with hours typically between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. Wage is negotiable based on experience. Benefits include paid vacation and sick time, matching retirement savings, affordable health, dental and vision insurance and more.

• must have a valid Wisconsin Physical Therapist License.
