Job Description

Menomonee Falls manufacturer looking for highly skilled customer service rep. Should have 3-5 years experience processing customers orders and deliveries. Have experience making Excel spreadsheets, manage ISO System, and processing RMA. Conduct and process daily and weekly audits. Process A/R invoices daily. Manage freight billing and keep track of customer orders. Support shipping department with documents and assist with International shipping paperwork. Professionally handle any customer issues, process credit, vouchers, and returns. Support sales department by finding and processing documents and providing administrative work. Accurate data entry, navigate portals, and customer websites. Should have excellent oral and written communication. Fast paced work environment, must be efficient with work time. This job requires you to be at the facility from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Company offers health insurance, 401k, Dental, PTO, and pays $20-$25hr
