Job Description
Wisconsin Metal Tech, Inc. located in Richfield, WI is is a privately-owned, family-oriented custom machining company that develops and manufactures high precision, critical-to-function components. Job requirements:
  • Help machine operators with setups, assist taking blades out/in.
  • Change out rollers, chutes, or conveyors as needed for specific jobs.
  • Drive forklift moving jobs to and from the grinding machines.
  • In free time, take initiative to perform general cleanup. Take out garbage, clean machine, mop around machines, run the floor scrubber. Keep rust inhibitor sprayers filled.
  • Maintains safe operations and clean work environment.
  • Maintains continuity among work shifts by communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Skills and Experience:
  • 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing/production environment
  • Ability to read & understand blueprints and technical documents a plus
  • Mechanically inclined - Interest and aptitude working with and troubleshooting engines or machines and understanding how they operate
  • Ability to learn new techniques and be cross-trained in other roles
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fork-lift certification a plus
