Job Summary:
SAP Implementation Lead II - OTC / OM is responsible for the project management as it relates to implementation and execution of SAP for the designated work stream as assigned Subsidiary location. Partner with Global Business Process Owner, IT - COE's and Subsidiary Stakeholders for desired results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible project manager for all activities related to implementation of SAP for assigned project/subsidiary location. Activities include:
    • Blueprinting
    • Business Impact Analysis
    • Role Mapping/Security access to SAP
    • Training of staff at subsidiary location
    • Testing of SAP at subsidiary location
    • Transfer of knowledge to Super User network at subsidiary location
  • Monitor project throughout project phases/stage gates, escalate to PMO, GBPO or COE as needed.
  • Coordinate communication activities that highlight and publicize plans, goals and results.
  • Act as SAP Super User within functional area as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimal Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in field of study OR 8 years work experience in a professional setting;
  • 4 years' experience working within an ERP system.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience using SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or equivalent ERP;
  • Demonstrated drive and determination to achieve success;
  • Good organization skills and time management;
  • Solid quantitative skill set and the ability to analyze, think and communicate with well-supported data;
  • Problem solving skills; with direction help frame effective solutions;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or assignments concurrently;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Work collaboratively across business units and functions;
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand about the industry, company and products;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
  • Work with a team in a fast paced, high work volume environment with emphasis on maintaining quality and timeliness.

Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Travel (including international) will be required during Project Implementation, up to 25% during project.
