Under the direction of clinic leadership, in the role of Medical Assistant II you will facilitate efficient clinic flow by maintaining excellent patient care and customer service by performing patient care and front desk duties. Primary Functions Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of biology, clinical judgment, medicine, cultural awareness, and consulting. Medical documentation, interpersonal, practice-based learning and improvement, empathy, and decision-making skills. Customer Service focused.

Position Requirements:
Specifications Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum Required Experience: 2 years medical assisting experience or graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program. Required Certification: NRCMA (Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant) or AAMA (American Association Medical Assistants) Why MCW?
