Job Summary
We are currently seeking Janitorial Associate for our Neenah WI facility.

Cleans and maintains building per routine standard work. The majority of work includes but is not limited to cleaning surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, stocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, and emptying trash or recycle bins. Customer service skills are required as the associate will need to be able to effectively communicate with supervisors, managers, and peers. Must understand and follow instructions, both written and verbal. Also be able to explain how to complete a task using basic communication skills. Associate will also have efficient time management skills and be self sufficient.

Working hours will be 1st shift, 6am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday, some flexibility with start and end times is possible. Occasional work on Saturday, as needed.

Essential responsibilities:
* Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning of areas including but not limited to:
Offices/Cubical area, Lunch Rooms, Rest Rooms, Locker Rooms, First Aid Room, Walkways and Railings in Plant.
* Cleaning may include, but not limited to:
Removal of trash, clean and sanitize hard surfaces, such as counter tops, tables, walls, dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, restock napkins, toilet paper, other supplies.

Qualifications:
* Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
* Ability to understand and follow directions. Self-direction. Physical stamina. Ability to lift/move heavy objects up to 40 lbs.
* Ability to apply basic understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
