Position Details:

The Branch Warehouse Associate performs warehouse responsibilities to support inventory integrity, order processing - picking, packing, staging, and shipping, and general maintenance and housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean work environment. You will report to the Branch Manager.

This position is hourly and the starting pay is x

The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.

You Will:
  • Receive product on DC Trailer and put away to maximize cube space,
  • Receive product from Branch Transfers (UPS, and other Carriers) to fulfill customer orders.
  • Receive product on Hub Truck (Same Day Pickup) and process customer backorders and branch stock replenishment to have product available for sale.
  • Pick and Stage Will Call Orders to achieve company Will Call Ready Rate and Customer expectations.
  • Pick and Prepare shipping Orders to meet shipping cutoff times and process according to all regulatory standards.
  • Process Returns following BBX guidelines, referencing original documents, product disposition, and obtaining all necessary signatures.
  • Prepare all Hazmat Orders and Next Day Air shipments observing all Dept of Transportation and Company Requirements
  • Support team in the store to service customers. Replenish and maintain Showroom stock to create an appealing well stocked environment for customers
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team
You Have:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Warehouse/ Material Handling Experience
  • Operate Power Equipment including forklifts
  • Operate Computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs
  • Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
  • Frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 pounds; packages on occasion can weigh up to 75 lbs. PIE operators are required to handle items up to 100 pounds.
  • Receive feedback and work well in a team environment
