Job Description

Come to work at Trilliant Food as a mixer in the Agglomeration department and help make our hot chocolate.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on Agglomeration machine and mixer; must be ok with heights and stairs.
  • Responsible for material handling using a stand up forklift.
  • Regular lifting of 50# of dry powdered ingredients.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Use math skills to test formulas and verify data.
  • Quality assurance testing.
  • Take machines apart and put them back together for preventative maintenance; perform wet cleans.
  • Responsible for following food safety/regulatory policies and procedures, executing responsibilities as identified in standard operating procedures, and reporting food safety/regulatory concerns to the Production or Quality Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Food Manufacturing and/or machine operating.
  • Computer skills; ERP computer navigation a plus.
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required.
  • Team player able to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot a variety of issues (assess a situation, identify the cause, and determine potential solutions).
  • High school diploma/GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Forklift experience preferred.

Hours and Pay:

Hours are 545a-6p on a 2-2-3 schedule at our Little Chute, Wisconsin facility. We offer competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift. The employees must frequently lift and/or move items up to and including fifty (50) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job are close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machinery. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Mental demands include multi-tasking, decision making, problem solving, comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing data.
