What are important things that YOU need to know about this role?

What will YOU be doing for us? Responsible for organizing, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing out SaaS projects within the established timeframe.

What will YOU be working on?

• Lead and manage multiple SaaS projects simultaneously while effectively managing scope, schedule, quality, resources and risk.

• Define and manage project scope, goals and risk to provide guidance and direction throughout implementation of our SaaS applications and internal technical projects,

• Develop full scale project plans and ensure understanding and follow through on all deliverables throughout all project lifecycle phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and close out.

• Monitoring and managing the project plan to provide a complete picture of project progress and performance at all times.

• Facilitate communication and solutions through various mediums of communication.

• Collaborate with external clients and build strong relationships of trust/commitment

• Ensuring daily activities undertaken on the project are in accordance with the approved project plan.

• Ensuring that the project produces the required deliverables on time, and at the necessary level of quality.

• Ensuring that all required resources are assigned to the project and clearly tasked

• Managing assigned resources according to the defined scope of the project

• Implementing project processes to reduce the exposure to risks and minimize threats to the delivery in terms of time, cost or quality

• Proactively managing, reporting, and escalating project risks and issues

• Managing project interdependencies between tasks and technical resources

Additional Responsibilities:

• Recognize and suggest potential system and process enhancements that could be made to increase effectiveness or efficiency.

What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate?

• Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or other related years of industry experience

• Required Level of Experience

  • 3-5 years in project management work experience in a customer-facing enterprise SaaS delivery role

What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GREAT candidate?

• Preferred Level of Experience

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, vision and/or software industry highly preferred

  • Experience with managing external client relationships

  • Experience with leading on site client meetings to gather requirements

  • Experience with software implementations

• Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of commonly used project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Teams, OneNote)

  • Experienced with Visio to flow out any processes as necessary

• Preferred Level of Education, License, and/or Certificates

  • PMI Certification

  • SCRUM
