Warehourse 3rd shift Lead

9:30 pm - 6:00 am, Sunday- Thursday

Assist management in coordinating the efforts of people and equipment to efficiently and cost effectively

accomplish the tasks, responsibilities, and goals of the department, plant and company.

Job Duties / Essential Functions

* Must be able to perform all warehouse jobs.

* Knowledge of basic warehouse operations.

* Working knowledge of JDE 9.1.

* Forklift experience and certification required.

* Ability to train and guide warehouse personnel.

* Ensure that warehouse employees under your supervision and are properly trained.

* Ensure all work is completed on time and safely, as directed by management.

* Monitor and analyze performance of warehouse employees under your supervision

* Ensure quality performance and standards are met.

* Ensure safety of personnel and raw materials.

* Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, including performing physical inventories as needed.

* Ensure warehouse is maintained in a clean and safe manner per management direction and all plant and food safety, FSMA (HACCP & HARPC), GMP, & sanitation regulations.

* Computer skills required for data entry as needed.

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors/Warehouse Manager.

* May be required to attend and successfully complete off-site supervisory training.
