Yoh is looking for a Clinical Trial Supplies Manager to come in and join our Clinical client.

The role of the Customer Care Advocate is to provide an outstanding call experience to patients and providers, to educate and provide support through the device wear process.

Location: Remote (Eastern)
Compensation: $80/hour DOE
Type: 6 Month Contract

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Clinical Supplies Manager. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of clinical supplies to support our global research initiatives across phases 1-4.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of clinical supplies for global research studies.
  • Develop and execute supply planning strategies in alignment with study and corporate goals.
  • Provide input on medical protocols for packaging and labeling configurations.
  • Monitor inventory and allocation strategies to meet regulatory requirements and international shipment demands.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize clinical supply activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clinical supplies, providing support to study teams and affiliates.
  • Identify and propose solutions for strategic and operational issues.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and training efforts as needed.
Requirements:
  • Moderate to strong knowledge of global drug development processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, planning, manufacturing, and logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of import/export requirements and industry technology.
  • Ability to build consensus within teams and drive objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
